We’re excited to invite vendors to join us for the 2026 Florida SCCM Symposium taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in Orlando, FL.
Vendor participation is $1,750 for this one-day event and includes a full day of exhibiting and engagement with attendees—no additional fees, no hassle.
What you get:

- A dedicated display table in the exhibit hall, conveniently located near the educational sessions
- High-visibility exposure throughout the day during attendee breaks and networking periods
Additionally, your brand will be prominently featured in the symposium program distributed to all attendees. Your participation will also be acknowledged through slide displays during the welcome presentation and scheduled breaks. Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibit hall throughout the day to engage with vendors.
As with last year, payment options will be limited to check (offline donation) or Stripe (credit card).
